Welcome

  • Married.

    At long last.

Hi Friends and Family, before we jet off on our honeymoon, we just wanted to thank the folks that could make it to San Francisco for a fabulous wedding weekend. We can't wait to continue the celebration in Palos Verdes next month.
Hopefully we will have pictures soon.
    Love,
    Mrs. Weiss

  • Almost there!!

    T-minus 9 days!!

Family and Friends, we are almost there!! I can't wait to see all of you!! It's going to be a fantastic weekend, and if you believe the 10-day weather forcast- the weather should be fabulous as well.

If you are here to make last minute hotel reservations, great!! I think both hotels have reduced their room rates (this economy is good for something)! Don't forget to tell them that you are with the Wolowicz/Weiss Wedding.

Finally, if you are going to be around Thursday night- join us at Taylor's Refreshers in the Ferry Building for some food.

And don't jet out of town too early on Sunday. Breakfast at the Americano Restaurant at Hotel Vitale will be served from 9:30 until 10:30!!

    Love, Karen and Jeremy

  • It's Spring

And the wedding is around the corner

    Hello Everyone,
I hope that Spring is treating you well. Jeremy and I are doing great, and enjoying the bits of sunshine that Spring has offered.
I hope you're here because you have finally received your invitation! If you are here to learn more about accommodations for the weekend, please check out the 'about the wedding' link. For more information about the weekend itself, please click on the 'festivities' link.
And just to let you know, if you are coming in from out of town, we highly recommend that you don't rent a car. Everything will be a short cab or walk away. We'd hate for your car to just be sitting in the Hotel parking lot.
And if you have any questions or concerns, just let us know. Or if you want to know places to check out in SF- just ask.

    See you all real soon.
    Love, Karen

  • Happy New Year

Finally, the year of the wedding!

Hi again Folks!! I hope the holidays were good to everyone!! We had a fabulous Chrismakkah and New Years, which included the arrival of our nephew, King Henry!! Both him and my sister are doing great!!

The last few days Jeremy and I have been busy planning the Honeymoon and a few other details!! We'll be honeymooning in Panama- checking out the gorgeous beaches, the coffee farms and wildlife, and of course, we wouldn't miss the Panama Canal!!

We've also snuck in some wedding planning: met with the hotel folks, sewed up some DIY projects, and we are working on finalizing the last of our vendors (this part has seemed to take forever)!!

Anyway, I hope you're here to make some hotel reservations. Check out the About the Wedding link.

Hope to see all of you soon, and if not- a few short months away!!

  • Fall Planning

Wedding season is over, but the Holidays have just begun...

    Hi Guys,
We made it through a fantastic summer filled with some amazingly beautiful weddings!

We also had a wonderful engagement party hosted by the Rego Family and the Wolowicz Family for family and our San Francisco friends. The highlight of the evening was my brother's fabulous toast- once he gets his voice back he may have just volunteered himself to speak the weekend of the wedding!

As for wedding planning, well, Jeremy and I now both have outfits for the big day; we have booked a photographer and a baker; and we are in the process of finding a Rabbi. We are currently accepting applications. Anyone?

I hope you all received an eco-friendly Save the Date. Please look at the 'about the wedding' page to learn more about reserving accommodations! And please feel free to call or email Jeremy or myself if you have any questions!!

That's it from here; I am off to Houston next weekend for some down home Houston House-pitality. Can't wait!!

    Love, Karen

  • Happy Summer!

    Whoo Hoo!!

Hi Everyone, just providing an update. Not only has the wedding planning begun, but we have kicked off the 2008 wedding season with 2 beautiful weddings. And we can not wait for the next one- Meredith and Jonathan's Wedding in Santa Ynez. Also, thanks to Clare and Fred's wedding we have booked an awesome DJ- so get ready to get your grove on, and just because I couldn't resist a florist with a great name- we've booked Huckleberry Karen Designs for our flowers! At this point we are just getting great tips from all the weddings we are going to and enjoying the summer! Cheers, Karen

  • WELCOME!!

    The craziness has begun

    Hi Friends and Family,
Welcome to our wedding website! We thought a website would be a great idea since most of our guest will be coming from out of town. We hope you use this site to find out information about us, our wedding, or just to to say Hi.

Throughout the next year, yes it's over a year away, I will be updating the site with more information about the Big Day, etc. So thank you for checking out our site, I know that our wedding won't be the same without any of you, and don't be afraid to come back.

    Love,
    Karen

  • Welcome!

    The insanity begins!

    Ok.

So this blog thing? Totally Karen's idea, but at least I got to pick the template! If you totally despise, hate or are just all around annoyed by it, then blame me.

Enjoy our site and check back every so often for updates...at least from Karen!

p.s. Never in a million years did I think we would ever have a wedding website...welcome to the 21st century I reckon. And me being totally whipped.

    Cheers,

    Jeremy
